RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

We do not accept and returns unless the art work was delivered in a damaged condition. Such concern is to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of the art work

Please note that you may place a return request by dropping us an email at info@artrekha.com for the delivered Artwork whereby all requests for refund or replacement shall be as per the terms of sale of the individual Artwork as stated on the Platform

Whereby the order has been delivered to you as on 15th of January, the return window will be open till 11:59 PM on 21st of January

  1. For return orders, we may arrange a pick-up at our own cost or request you to do the needful whereby you’ll be requested to pack the Artwork and return it to the address as instructed by us; in such a scenario, we’ll arrange for a credit amount for the said return activity taken up by you, at actual. Please share the copy of the receipt of the Return created by you
  2. You agree and understand that the Artwork is to be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with any accessories, manuals and items that may have been bundled with the item(s). 
  3. While returning, the Artwork should be accompanied with the original sales invoice for the purpose of availing store credit in case the return is approved by us. 
  • In case, the Artwork is not returned in its entirety or if the packaging/Artwork has been damaged, or if accessories are missing, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges on the store credit amount as applicable.
  • In case, the Artwork has been ordered but it has not been shipped, then Use has the right to place cancellation of the order and avail 100% store credit towards purchase of any other item available on the Platform.
  1. Kindly note that there will be no refund of the amount once order is placed.
  2. You hereby understand and agree that the Platform provides for sale goods which are high-end products to which we are the authorized dealers for, and due to the said nature of the Products, not all products qualify for a return. Therefore, in a circumstance where you have received a defective unit, the unit will be replaced with an identical unit, subject to the availability of the Artwork and in case we are unable to provide a replacement unit within 10 days, we will duly issue store credit to the User Account

NOTE:

  • The User further agrees and undertakes to provide correct and valid debit/credit card / Net Banking details. In default of the above conditions, Payment Gateway Service Provider shall be entitled to recover the amount of transaction from the user against whom the credit/debit card/Net banking has been used.
  • Further, Payment Gateway service provider/Bank also reserves the right to initiate any legal action for recovery of cost/penalty or any other punitive measure, as it may deem fit.
